  • Educating clients on optimizing their energy usage after installation.
  • Approaching customer interactions with transparency and empathy, addressing any concerns regarding the complexities and costs associated with battery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a smooth sales and onboarding experience, acting as a customer advocate.
  • Gain knowledge about Distributed Energy Resources and strive to become a subject matter expert in grid-connected battery systems.
  • Adopt a consultative approach, prioritizing customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions to ensure precise pricing and actionable installation strategies.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service continuity.
  • Provide insights to marketing and product teams to enhance customer offerings and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, or similar fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and information-gathering abilities.
  • Comfortable with numerical data and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all project documentation.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
