Job Description

The Commercial Leadership role at Parexel is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Leader in developing and implementing account plans that drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Direct responsibility for assigned accounts, including identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead activities that accelerate growth and profitability, including commercial negotiation of contracts and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop winning and integrative solutions across SBUs.
  • Ensure that pricing is appropriate to win the business and meet financial targets, including profitability, contractual terms, and business risk.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience working in a pharmaceutical services environment, preferably in a CRO, Life Sciences Company or Consulting background specializing in Life Sciences.
  • Preferred experience in both sales and delivery roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
