Dental Office Administrator

In this position, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing patients when they arrive for their appointments, and monitoring insurance payments. Additionally, you will work with our billing company to ensure timely payment from insurance providers.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and team-oriented individual who is looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment schedule
- Processing patient payments and managing cash handling
- Monitoring insurance payments and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working with our billing company to ensure timely payment from insurance providers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English capabilities is a must
- Able to work Saturdays as needed
