Job Title: FS Sales Representative

At PepsiCo, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FS Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new local restaurant business within designated territory
  • Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execute Contract/Customer Development Agreements, including Trade Payment Management
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution, including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBNA contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends
  • Forecast responsibility
  • Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle, and can volume growth
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership
  • Account Management
Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $95,750
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of your annual base salary (a cumulative 10% paid on a quarterly basis and 5% paid annually)
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
