Solar Sales Representative

At Venture Solar, we're committed to helping homes and families save money and live healthier, greener lives. As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and pitch Venture Solar's product offerings to customers in trusted retail partner locations.
  • Assist homeowners in saving money through our residence-focused sales practice.
  • Gather necessary homeowner information to provide custom solar solutions.
  • Set appointments to answer customer questions and ensure a smooth install process.
  • Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process.
  • Strategically network and expand your customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics.
Requirements:
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening and resolving issues
  • Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule
