Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to oversee and enhance our client engagement initiatives.

This pivotal role involves managing project timelines, deliverables, and client relationships across multiple accounts while ensuring that our teams execute programs to the highest standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership to oversee the management of ongoing projects and ensure optimal resource allocation across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to assess team workloads, identifying areas where additional support may be required. A solid understanding of financial management is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Develop and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and create weekly status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to client delivery protocols and industry best practices.
  • Recommend team assignments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with teams to guarantee consistent, high-quality deliverables that align with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and deadlines.
  • Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, and internal teams.
  • Adapt team management strategies to meet operational needs.
  • Draft scopes of work, manage project parameters, and communicate any out-of-scope activities with suggested action plans.
  • Accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance in real-time and collaborate with Client and Financial Directors to update forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking by team members.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

  • A combination of education and experience that equips you with the necessary skills for success.
  • Experience in an advertising agency is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward, communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated history of leading projects and achieving deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
