Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to oversee and enhance our client engagements.

This position entails managing timelines, deliverables, and project execution across a diverse client base while ensuring that our teams uphold the highest standards of service. You will collaborate with senior leadership to effectively manage ongoing programs and ensure optimal resource allocation across client projects. A strong organizational skill set is essential to identify staffing needs based on workloads and to pinpoint areas requiring additional support. Financial acumen is also a critical component of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking: Develop and oversee timelines, monitor project status, and maintain weekly updates.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to client delivery protocols and best practices.
  • Resource Management: Recommend team assignments and responsibilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with teams to deliver consistent, high-quality work aligned with strategy, budget, and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update all project stakeholders on status and progress.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate flexibility in team management and operations.
  • Scope Management: Develop project scopes, manage changes, and communicate out-of-scope activities.
  • Budget Management: Accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
  • Financial Collaboration: Work with financial teams to update forecasts and ensure accurate time logging.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills for success.
  • Ad agency experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated history of leading projects to successful completion.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
