Quality Assurance Engineer Opportunity

At Custom Microwave Inc., we design, engineer, and manufacture world-class antenna solutions for satellite applications. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and improve all aspects of the Quality Management System
Support the QA Department's mission to verify compliance with requirements
Facilitate company-wide improvements
Develop and implement process improvements
Lead internal audits and external audits to verify compliance
Lead Corrective and Preventive Action process to drive high-impact process improvements
Measure and report key schedule, delivery, and cost metrics

Requirements:
BS in a related discipline or 4 years of related work experience
Proficiency in industry quality standards, such as AS9100, ISO1000:2015, and NADCAP
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The manufacturing facility is over 56,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards. Personal protective equipment may be provided by the Company. The position involves extensive internal and external communication and requires the ability to utilize a phone and convey accurate information in person, over the phone, and through email.
