Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement production barns and biosecurity practices
  • Coordinate with vendors and government agencies
  • Provide analysis to guide management decisions
  • Lead a team of professionals and mentor others

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of poultry or commercial livestock farm production management experience
  • Ability to create and comprehend standards processes, especially related to biosecurity and production
  • Strong advisory style leadership and ability to mentor others
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
