Position Overview

As a Quantitative Researcher at Radix Trading LLC, you will concentrate on uncovering trading opportunities while leveraging your robust quantitative skills and coding knowledge to enhance the innovation process and assist colleagues in utilizing your findings.

Project Engagement

During a six-month engagement, you will collaborate on diverse projects with various partners, acquiring valuable insights into market dynamics, trading methodologies, and our proprietary research tools.

Our environment is designed to eliminate barriers, allowing you to explore the complexities of our industry while contributing meaningfully to our success from the outset.

Team Composition

While a passion for trading is essential, a finance background is not mandatory. Our team primarily comprises individuals from academic backgrounds—professors, postdoctoral researchers, PhDs, and undergraduates—bringing together a rich tapestry of intellectual diversity.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary along with a quarterly bonus that reflects individual performance and contributions to the team's overall success.

Qualifications

We seek analytical individuals (from fields such as mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics, electrical engineering, etc.) who aspire to shape the future of research-driven trading.
