Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy statistical, mathematical, and graphical methods that drive innovation and support drug product development.
  • Facilitate the growth of statistical and computational sciences within the organization, ensuring alignment with current industry trends.
  • Design and implement training programs to elevate the statistical capabilities of non-statisticians across the company.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of statistical software and methodologies to ensure compliance and appropriateness for various applications.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Consumer supply chain, addressing technical challenges through effective use of statistical techniques.
  • Contribute to project teams by identifying suitable data collection instruments and ensuring robust analysis that accounts for confounding factors.
  • Develop innovative analysis strategies tailored for real-world applications, enhancing decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or PhD in Statistics or a related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in statistics or related quantitative sciences, with at least 6 years focused on applied non-clinical statistics in manufacturing environments.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in statistical methods such as ANOVA, regression analysis, and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with statistical software including SAS, JMP, Minitab, or R, with a preference for Minitab.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.

Physical Demands: This role involves office-based tasks, including desk work and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Some travel may be required based on business needs.
