Advanced Care Partner Externship Acute Care of the Elderly

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Advanced Care Partner (ACP) to join our team at UCHealth. As an ACP, you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare provider
- Prioritize patient wellness and perspectives
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members
- Effectively partner with ancillary team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to solutions to secure safety and quality at the point of care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire
- Enrollment in an accredited nursing program and good standing
- Completion of first clinical rotation (equivalent to Med/Surg I) and provide transcripts of successful completion
