Barback
Maintain the bar area and assist the bar staff to ensure all patrons enjoy a delightful and unforgettable experience.
Support bartenders and management in keeping the bar's appearance inviting and accessible for guests.
Restock bar(s) with alcoholic beverages including spirits, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and mixers.
Restock bar(s) with non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas, juices, and carbon dioxide.
Ensure the liquor storage area is fully stocked with all necessary supplies including liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, and soda.
Maintain cleanliness in liquor storage, beer coolers, and bar areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
Prepare for member, guest, and private events/functions by ensuring adequate stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and necessary supplies.
Replenish paper goods (e.g., cups, napkins) at the bar.
Assist with inventory management and provide input on areas needing replenishment through purchase orders.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Qualifications
1+ year of experience in food and beverage operations or a strong desire to learn and deliver exceptional results.
Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Basic verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
Fast-paced movements are necessary to navigate the venue efficiently.
Must be able to lift, carry, or move at least 50 pounds.
Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing may be required.
Grooming Standards
All associates must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
Additional Information
Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous.
