About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Ambassador to join our team at Rothy's Westside Provisions store. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering connections with our customers, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, processes, and brand story
  • Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in operational duties, including sales goals and customer feedback
  • Elevate customer loyalty by connecting them with our brand and community

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining our brand aesthetic
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 pounds
