Key Responsibilities



  • Support the sales and service staff by managing digital rider interactions and inventory management
  • Meet and connect with riders, asking qualifying questions and providing options and advice
  • Proficiency in Lightspeed point of sale systems and store operational websites
  • Deliver world-class rider service and ensure ongoing sales and high levels of rider satisfaction
  • Manage business leads using SHIFT Lead-Generation and IKEONO
  • Handle in-store phone answering, voicemail management, and receiving new product and inventory management
  • Cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and store transfers tracking and transporting
  • Manage and track webstore sales and coordination of delivery

Requirements



  • Possession of a passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably with POS experience
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Ability to work as business dictates, including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extensive periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
