Job Description

As a Beauty Ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury Limited, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our values and customer base. Your primary objective will be to drive financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales: Achieve optimal financial results by driving sales and meeting/exceeding plan targets.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer queries, build partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer, and extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience.
  • Store and Retail Partner Relationships: Establish and develop cooperative relationships with the store retail operations team, schedule team members to optimize coverage, and maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT). You will be responsible for analyzing business performance, proactively planning strategy, and promoting the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers.

As a Beauty Ambassador, you will lead by example, promoting exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch. You will create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings and a collaborative management style.
