As a Human Resources Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoice processing, check requests, and Purchase Orders for the HR Department; collaborating with Finance to address any related concerns.
- Handling all Employment Verification requests.
- Assisting in the organization of employee engagement events.
- Responding to general inquiries from employees via the HR phone line and email.
- Supporting the administration of Benefits programs and various HR initiatives, such as fitness center access, check deposits, and new hire benefit packets.
- Tracking all non-employee activities.
- Processing Tuition Reimbursement requests.
- Overseeing the monthly Employee Service Awards program.
- Preparing termination documentation.
- Coordinating requests for Corporate floral arrangements (sympathy, new baby, get well, etc.).
- Providing support to the Total Rewards team as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in Human Resources (this role is entry-level, and training will be provided for candidates with relevant experience).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A completed BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
** The pay range for successful candidates will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
