Brand Marketing Specialist

Fabletics is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring bold marketing campaigns and promotions to life.
- Manage key assets, briefs, and timelines to ensure seamless and timely implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Uncover valuable insights through research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform a forward-thinking marketing strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to innovate and elevate our brand.
- Join forces with creative, digital, and merchandising teams to champion brand consistency and excellence.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to fuel data-driven insights that inform future initiatives.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Retail, apparel, and/or DTC industry experience is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a focus on effective project management.
- Experience working with creative teams, including creating creative briefs, defining requirements, providing constructive feedback, and working with standard project management tools.
- Energy, creativity, and a forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing.
- Adaptable and agile attitude with the ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field.
