Position Summary

We are in search of a Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance the success of our established and fast-paced franchise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A strong background in customer service and proficiency in computer operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the retail location, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store at designated times.
  • Manage team productivity and guarantee exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor expenses and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Engage in personnel management and business development activities.
Qualifications

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail operations.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and internet tools.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
Preferred Experience

Experience in retail shipping, document services, or graphic design is advantageous.

Store Hours

Operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
