Recreation Facilities Caretaker

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a skilled Recreation Facilities Caretaker to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining company-owned recreational facilities, including the Upper and Lower Parks at the Snoqualmie Falls.
The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, landscaping, and building maintenance. They will also be responsible for performing janitorial duties, emptying garbage cans, and providing on-call 24-hour emergency support.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and the successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screening. They will also be responsible for administering and enforcing safety regulations and rules specific to each location.
The Recreation Facilities Caretaker will work closely with Salish Lodge staff, other PSE departments, and local law enforcement to maintain communication and effective working relationships.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, a Washington State Driver's License, and acceptable driving record. They will also have experience with landscape irrigation systems and a valid Washington State Chemical Application License.
Puget Sound Energy offers a competitive compensation and rewards package, including a pay range of $55,400.00-$86,000.00 and annual goals-based incentive bonuses. We also offer a suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life, and short- and long-term disability insurance.
The Recreation Facilities Caretaker will be responsible for providing documentation for budgetary purposes for all proposed projects within the recreational facility. They will also oversee all work done by outside contractors and submit weekly reports to their supervisor and manager.
