Ice Skating Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ice Skating Coach to join our team at Elevate Sporting. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert knowledge on ice skating products and services
• Fitting customers with equipment and providing a personalized experience
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Passion for ice skating and sports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
