ABLE Kids Services offers RBT training for those who are not yet certified.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in a clinical environment, focusing on behavior modification strategies, motor skill development, community integration, and enhancing verbal communication abilities.
- Execute treatment plans devised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Assist and support parents under the guidance of BCBAs.
- Maintain professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors.
- Gather and analyze data related to treatment goals.
- Monitor data trends and collaborate with BCBAs to inform treatment decisions.
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
- Engage in orientation and ongoing training.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Adhere to cleanliness protocols within the clinic, including general maintenance tasks.
- Additional duties may be assigned as organizational needs evolve.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to reliability, including dependable transportation to the clinic.
- RBT certification or a willingness to complete the 40-Hour RBT course and exam (the company covers costs).
- Compassion and experience working with young children are essential.
- Willingness to undergo CPR training and a background check.
- A clean background is mandatory.
FULL-TIME
Compensation:$37,440.00 Annually
$18.00 per hour with scheduled raises every six months for the initial two and a half years.
