We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Westin Cincinnati. Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Excellence: Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, and that guest complaints are resolved promptly and fairly.
- Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including guest registration, check-out, and telephone service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front office staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the front office budget, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of our front office services, including guest satisfaction surveys and feedback.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in PMS system, advanced knowledge of brand's reward program, and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
