Job Summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations, including scheduling employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling employees and monitoring performance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to complaints and implementing service recovery gestures
  • Communicate with staff to ensure proper training and execution of job functions
  • Manage labor costs and expenses within budget
  • Assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 1+ years of front office/guest services experience, including supervisory experience

• Fluent English language skills; other languages preferred
