Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Representative at Web Craft Stylers is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Assistance: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication and Scheduling: Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed. Handle scheduling and appointments to ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Mail and Delivery Coordination: Support the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Event Support: Assist with event coordination and provide support for office meetings, as needed.
- Security and Compliance: Uphold security protocols by verifying visitor identification and issuing guest passes.
- Information and Support: Provide information about company services and support with basic inquiries.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in office management is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
