Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Procurement Operations: Develop, maintain, evaluate, and manage tooling logistics, inventory, and warehousing management systems to optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of purchasing experience in a machine shop environment, with a strong understanding of technical drawing reading and CNC, lathe machine, milling machine, welding, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, ability to interpret technical data, efficient coordination in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
