Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wellness program that aligns with the hotel's brand and values
  • Provide professional massage and esthetics treatments to guests, ensuring high levels of personalized service and exceptional knowledge in the healing arts field
  • Support the spa team in maintaining high standards of sanitation and sterilization, as well as cleanliness of treatment rooms and other spa areas
  • Train and onboard new spa team members, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards and expectations
  • Act as the ambassador of our wellness program, engaging with guests, members, and potential clients to increase revenue and promote the hotel's services
  • Collaborate with other departments to create exciting wellness experiences and events
  • Maintain current professional licenses for performing treatments and stay up-to-date with industry standards and innovative concepts

Requirements

  • Current Texas state massage or esthetics license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in practicing massage therapy or esthetics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Additional certificates for specialty treatments and body treatments preferred
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
