About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, working closely with our team to build high-quality electric machines. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality electric machines
  • Assist in the setup and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity
What We Offer

At WEG Transformers USA, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly wage of $23.01, plus a $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift work. We also provide excellent benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance program.

Requirements
  • Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics and Values
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States
  • Must complete job interview, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years prior manufacturing experience
  • ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC): Platinum or Gold Level
