About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for building high-quality transformers that power the world around us. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you'll work closely with our team to meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do
  • Operate machinery and equipment to build transformers, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values.
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
  • Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance.
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States.
  • Must complete job interview, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
  • Safety-sensitive position: drug panel includes THC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Two years prior manufacturing experience.
  • ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC): Platinum or Gold Level.
