About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for building high-quality transformers that power the world around us. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you'll work closely with our team to ensure that every product meets our high standards.

What You'll Do
  • Build and assemble transformers using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

  • A competitive hourly wage of $23.01, plus $0.75/hour shift differential

Requirements
  • Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics and Values
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States
  • Must complete job interview, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
