About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, working closely with our team to build high-quality electric machines. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality electric machines
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes
What We Offer

At WEG Transformers USA, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly wage of $23.01, plus a $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift work. We also offer excellent benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Requirements
  • Ability to work within our Code of Ethics and Values
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance
  • Has current work authorization for employment in the United States
  • Must complete job interview, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years prior manufacturing experience
  • ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC): Platinum or Gold Level
