About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in building high-quality transformers that power the world around us.

Responsibilities
  • Work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Meet production targets and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience a plus
  • ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) a strong asset
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
