About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team at National Financial Partners. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist account teams with basic administrative and support functions, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to prepare proposals, coverage checklists, and other critical documents.
  • Verify accuracy and compliance of client documentation, including policies and endorsements.
  • Process premium and non-premium endorsements, and follow up with carriers as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; 0-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and adaptable attitude.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $66,000, with the base salary offered determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
