Therapeutic Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Activities Coordinator to join our Mental Health Services team at HealthAlliance Hospital. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide therapeutic individual and group activities to patients, developing and implementing leisure and social activities tailored to their needs and functional level.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing treatment plans and collaborating with the treatment team to create individualized therapeutic activity schedules.
- Provide individual and group activities to patients, maintaining a safe environment and adhering to program schedules.
- Complete assessments and treatment plans in compliance with regulations and established time frames.
- Document patient progress and services provided, reflecting their progress towards meeting treatment plan goals.
- Participate in departmental QA&I activities and planning, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- One year's experience working in mental health or human services, required.
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Recreation, Art, or Music, required; Master's preferred.
