Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Activities Coordinator to join our Mental Health Services team at HealthAlliance Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic individual and group activities to support patients in achieving their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Design and implement individualized therapeutic activity schedules that reflect patients' needs and functional levels.
  • Provide individual and group activities to patients while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Complete assessments and treatment plans in compliance with regulations and established timeframes.
  • Document patient progress and services provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • One year's experience working in mental health or human services, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, recreation, art, or music, required.
  • Masters degree preferred.
