Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing job files, and overseeing production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates to customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage job file documentation and on-site duties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assign tasks to Production Technicians and Crew Chiefs and manage workflow and task completion.
  • Communicate and establish rapport with commercial and residential customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversee processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Inspect services and final walk-through on jobs to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work is completed during and at the end of each job.
  • Control damage reimbursement expenses and production expenses to ensure costs are maintained at the established rate.
  • Manage equipment and materials (assets) to ensure they are well-maintained and available for use.
  • Perform production work as needed and handle recurring and unique tasks to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in the Restoration Industry.
  • 1+ Supervisory role experience.
  • IICRC certification required.
  • Must be flexible to work on call every 2-4 weeks (remotely answering phones).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
