The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming assemblies and components in accordance with established procedures and technical data.
  • Perform disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of aircraft components, as well as final inspections to ensure quality and airworthiness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality, reliable products at a reasonable cost and optimal turn time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair units to component level using schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in soldering and desoldering electronics components.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and articulate verbal and written instructions.
  • Familiarity with component maintenance manuals and the ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Successful completion of technical training or 1-2 years of bench experience.
  • Visual acuity to inspect small components and detailed repairs.
