Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Specialist to join our team at CBG, INC. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing the preparation of land title surveys, legal descriptions, and maps that will become the boundary of future subdivided land.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for surveying and want to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Boundary surveys; ALTA surveys; control surveys; topographic surveys; plat maps and legal descriptions; and recorded maps and exhibits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, field survey team, and office survey team to prepare and oversee projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**What We Offer:**
