In this role, you will be responsible for applying your technical skills to design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Projects may include residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, as well as infrastructure improvements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, surveying, and environmental specialists, to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

Job Description

  • Design and Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Apply your technical skills to design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, surveying, and environmental specialists, to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
  • Manage and Mentor Junior Engineers: Manage and mentor junior engineers, interns, or new graduates, fostering their professional growth.
  • Assist Clients with Permitting Processes: Assist clients with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
  • Work Closely with Regulatory Agencies: Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and secure necessary approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive civil engineering design experience, preferably in land development projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with stormwater management design, grading, and utility layout.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Additionally, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and professional development/advancement opportunities.
