Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Acquisition and Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lennar Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading homebuilder and contribute to the success of our land development department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the issuing of contracts and work orders ensuring they are appropriately entered into the system and applied to the correct budget and line items.
  • Forecasting: Assist in the forecasting of expenditures for cash flow modeling purposes.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Work to source new relationships with qualified vendors and manage relationships with existing vendors to build effective partnerships.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organization and management skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative. Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel).
