Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting near Lexington, MA.
About the Role:
Soliant Education is committed to providing high-quality educational services to students with diverse needs. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students in achieving their academic and behavioral goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist in classroom management and support when the primary 1:1 student is not present.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective behavioral and academic interventions.
- Document and track the student's progress, providing reports and feedback as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid RBT certification.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptive in a dynamic school environment.
