Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Assist in classroom management and support when the primary 1:1 student is not present.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective behavioral and academic interventions.
  • Document and track the student's progress, providing reports and feedback as required.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.
Requirements
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
