Job Summary

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, maximizing occupancy levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Oversee all aspects of property management, including rent collection, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Financial Management: Ensure timely payment of invoices, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to stay up-to-date on market trends and provide recommendations for property pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Real Estate License: Possess a valid real estate license in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications, as well as general knowledge of property management software.
