Job Summary

Arnold Grounds Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their daily tasks.
  • Conduct HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Inspect and maintain property systems and equipment to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment inventory.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and report on expenditures.
  • Collaborate with property managers and leasing staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or vocational training is a plus.
  • HVAC certification is required.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair work orders.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
