About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional land development consulting and site design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus; but if you don't have it, we'll help you get it
