We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Catholic Community Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a friendly and inviting environment for visitors and staff
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Maintain accurate records of visitor sign-in and sign-out
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including metering and preparing mail for delivery
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Provide resource assistance to visitors seeking information and support
- Train and supervise volunteers and relief staff as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Experience working in a non-profit environment
- Knowledge of office software and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
