Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Development Officer to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts to support our mission impact, developing strategic partnerships with donors, and increasing revenue through diversified philanthropic income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and community leaders.
  • Build and manage a high-performing development team to achieve annual fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to integrate fundraising perspectives into all aspects of the organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on fundraising activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of successful fundraising experience, with at least 5 years as a fundraising manager/director.
  • Broad-based knowledge of various development campaign activities and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience motivating, coordinating, and supporting the fundraising activities of others.
  • A master's degree in fundraising, public administration, business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Emotional maturity and self-reliance.
Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000 annually, along with an exceptional benefits package focusing on employee physical, financial, and mental wellness.
