Available Position: Multilingual Client Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Follow up with current clients
  • Assist clients with placing orders
  • Inform clients about ongoing promotions
  • Provide information regarding products and pricing
  • Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage refunds or exchanges as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve service challenges
  • Accurately document client interactions
  • Navigate and promote corporate websites
  • Identify and report trends in customer experiences
  • Work independently and collaboratively to foster positive client interactions

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with standard hours and occasional weekend shifts during peak times
  • Hybrid position - on-site for part of the week and remote for the remainder

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Adept at multitasking with a typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Positive demeanor, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in providing support via email and chat
