Requirements include a Certified Public Accountant certification, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Excel. The ability to think deeply and qualitatively about business problems, breaking down issues and presenting solutions, is also essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience working effectively with remote teams is also a plus.
