Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Commit to becoming an auto sales expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by listening and asking questions.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with unsold, sold, and data mining customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to professional dress code and behavior policies.
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
  • Generate at least one appointment per day.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible hours and weekend availability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
  • General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and components.
  • Self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
